Marcos studied Medicine at the University of Salamanca and later specialized in Allergology and Clinical Immunology at the Gregorio Marañón University Hospital.
He has practiced as a specialist and as an emergency physician for 3 years before starting his work at Life Length. In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Hospital Management and another in Aesthetic, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine.
Menelaos Tsapekos is the B2B Commercial Director at Life Length.
He obtained his degree in Pharmacy from the University of Bradford (UK) and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (Spain).
He has 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur, creating and managing his own business in the pharmaceutical sector.
He joined Life Length in 2016 and has since played an important role in establishing and implementing the B2B business strategy, which has resulted in significant growth through collaborations with prestigious institutions and leading corporate entities internationally and in various sectors such as pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical and cosmetics.

Dr. Mónica Parrramón is the Senior Clinical & Market Access Director and joined Life Length in 2022. Mónica leads the strategy of the product launch of PROSTAV® together with other new products and their access to the different markets and healthcare systems. Doctor of Pharmacy, in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with a Master’s degree in Statistics, Pharmacoeconomics and Health Policy, Monica possesses over 23 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Bristol-Meyers Squibb and Abbott, among other companies, as well as five years in public healthcare in the Madrid Health Department. She has received continued training in strategy, negotiation and team management throughout her career and participated in the creation of Medical, Scientific Affair and Market Access departments. She is the author and co-author of 65 scientific and technical articles and has received numerous awards for professional excellence. She speaks Spanish, English, French and German.
