
Lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet sensitivity test
This test assesses the probability of presenting various symptoms in relation to the intake of more than 150 foods included in an ovo-lacto-vegetarian diet.
In this way, it can be determined on an individual basis, which foods should be consumed and those that it is advisable to reduce, avoid or even eliminate from our diet temporarily.
- It is performed through a blood test (4h fasting). This test should not be performed following treatment with immunopressors.
